Commemorative Monument and the Theme part Sapling Plantation Scheme The CHEF- DE- MISSIONS are requested to read the Sapling Plantation Scheme and note the location (Row and Tree number) of the country they are representing.




Procedure for Sapling Planatation:

1. During your visit to the Polo Grounds, you will be honouring us by planting a sapling at the monument.
2. The dismounting point is located at 20 metres from the entry gate to Polo Ground where you will be received, indicated and guided to your respective rows. Placard bearer will guide you to your location for planting saplings.
3. At the designated spot you will be assisted in planting the sapling, putting a shovel fall of earth and watering the sapling.
4. After the above procedure, you will be escorted to your seat on the grand stand to witness the Polo Match.
5. A visitors book is placed next to each row where you are requested to kindly endorse your remarks.
