- It was decided to use helicopters to facilitate the flights
- The competitions cannot be held in the city of Hyderabad because of the airport vicinity. The competitions will be held in a Air Force Base located at 1 hour away from Hyderabad.
- The athletes will be accommodated in the housing facilities of that base.
- New barracks will build on that occasion.
- It was decided to skip the style contest and to keep the accuracy and formation skydiving.
- Formation skydiving was upgraded from 6 to 8 jumps
- India must acquire the necessary material for the competitions: Anemometer, Weather forecast follow-up software, etc.
- The Airbase must foresee and build cafeterias and catering facilities at the competition site because the jump days will be long, and in the current status, the minimal comfort requirements are not met.
