| Ranking of the qualified countries for the MWG 2007 |
- The number of teams was approved: 12 men and 6 women
- India will have team men but no team women
- The competition will be at Fateh Maidan Sports Complex Indoor Stadium (not visited yet) with 2 courts available
- Two training courts will be provided
- Taraflex grounds will be provided
- Linesmen will be experts from the Army trained especially for the event
Regulations for the Games
The Volleyball tournament will be organised in accordance with the most recent technical regulations of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB). |

2. Games Structure |
The volleyball championship will be played with 12 male and 6 female teams. Selection will be organised by the relevant TC.

For football men tournament, the teams will be selected by a Preliminary round on continental level. For the others the TC Concerned will prepare a ranking list of classification which shall take into account the last 5 years participations (including 2006). This list will be handed over to all listed nations by the end of 2006. The Teams qualified shall sign a compromise of participation signed by the Chief of Delegation during the CISM GA 2007. When a nation qualified does not sign the compromise, or decides not to participate, the next team listed in the ranking shall be invited to replace the withdrawn team. |
